Synopsis
Nathan “The Hurricane Chef” Quinell is a fully trained professional cook. He’s also legally deaf and blind — and yet, day after day, he chases the dream of running his own kitchen. Plating Blind follows Nathan’s unwavering determination as he confronts the brutal realities of employment bias and fights for a place at the professional table. Made in association with Screenworks and Feros Care, the film is a portrait of resilience and talent in a world that still underestimates difference.
